School Innovation Challenge - WWF Nepal
As a part of Earth Hour 2024, WWF Nepal presents schools with an opportunity to elevate their voices by engaging in the School Innovation Challenge.
Schools keen on participating are urged to either submit a written proposal or provide a video outlining an idea for establishing a "Green School".
The victorious team will receive assistance from WWF Nepal to bring their project to life.

Submission Requirements
- The school must have operated an eco-club for at least two years.
- Video submissions should not exceed a duration of five minutes.
- Written proposals must adhere to a maximum of 500 words.
Submission Guidelines
Concisely outline your suggested approach to transform your school into a "Green School" by implementing renewable and sustainable solutions utilizing locally-sourced materials (Maximum 500 words) or share your video presentation (5 minutes).
Guiding Questions
- How does your proposal address the six components of a Green School? (Waste Management, Greenery, Water Smart, Energy Smart, Recycling and Innovation Center, and eco club)
- Outline your plan for implementing your proposal within your school include timelines, resources needed, and any partnerships or collaborations.
- What do you expect the impact of your proposal to be on the school community and the environment?
- How do you plan to ensure the sustainability and maintenance of your proposed initiatives in the long term?
- How will you involve the broader school community, including students, teachers, and parents, in implementing your proposal?
- Is there any additional information you would like to share about your proposal or team?
