Unveiling Innovation: BIT & BCS Project Demonstration 2025 at Texas College

Texas College of Management and IT, a well-established academic institution at Siphal, Chabahil, is gearing up to host an extensive series of Project Demonstration events.

The exhibition aims to highlight the innovation, creativity, and technical skills of students through project-based learning. The event will serve as a dynamic platform for students studying the Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) and Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) programs to present the innovative projects they have developed throughout their academic semesters.

The demonstration is designed not only to assess student performance but also to encourage real-world application of classroom knowledge through hands-on project work. Through this initiative, the college aims to showcase the technical capabilities, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that students develop throughout their academic journey. From first-semester beginners to final-year students, participants from all levels will be involved in presenting a wide range of projects across various fields, including software development, robotics, IoT, and system design.

The event aims to highlight the innovation, creativity, and technical skills of students through project-based learning.

Venue: Texas College of Management and IT, Mitrapark, Kathmandu

Project Demonstration Schedule:

  • BIT Senior Semester: 9th Shrawan
  • BIT Junior Semester & BCS (All Semesters): 14th Shrawan
  • BIT 2nd Semester: 16th Shrawan
  • BIT 1st Semester (IoT and Robotics): 16th Shrawan

Winning Award: 

  • IOT and Robotics: Rs 25,000
  • For the remaining all project: Rs 5,000

The primary audience for this event includes students who have recently completed their +2 examinations, offering them a firsthand look at the practical and project-oriented approach to learning at Texas College. Thus, the event will also serve as an interactive and inspiring occasion for recent +2 graduates and prospective students, offering them a glimpse into the vibrant academic environment and learning opportunities at Texas College.

This initiative reflects the college’s commitment to continuous skill development, as students from both BIT and BCS programs engage in project-based demonstrations every semester.
