Human Rights Film Center is going to host National Film Conference 2019 from 26th to 28th Bhadra 2076 at Nepal Academy Hall, Kathmandu.

To address the above problems and analyzing the need of attracting the intellectual community involved in film research, film making, writers, journalists in Nepali Film Industry, HRFC has planned a National Conference.
The conference will be a platform for the researchers, film makers, paper presenters, critics, journalists, policy makers, HR defenders, and other government bodies in national as well as federal system.
