National Cyber Olympiad; Inter School ICT Quiz Competition 2079

Prashikshan Nepal is proud to announce National Cyber Olympiad – Inter School ICT Quiz Competition 2079. This event targets secondary-level students up to grade 10 with the goal of providing learning opportunities in the technology sector through learning and competition, in addition to the regular teaching learning process of students and instructors on the school grounds or outside.

This event is set to include 50 schools' participation. Students from various schools shall take part and compete against their peers. The contest commences on Mangsir 11, 2079 (November 27, 2022), and the finals are scheduled for Mangsir 26, 2079. (December 12, 2022).

Quiz will be conducted in three rounds.

QUALIFYING ROUND

• This is the preliminary (group stage) competition among the registered team.
• Minimum Five teams will compete in a group.
• Ranking of the team will be declared according to the score they acquire.
• Only winner team from each group will qualify for semifinal round.
• Quiz will be played in four/five different rounds.
• 10 Teams Will Be Qualified To The Next Round.

SEMIFINAL ROUND

• Qualified 10 teams will be separated into 2 groups.
• Five Teams will compete in a group.
• Ranking of the team will be declared according to the score they acquire.
• Two team with the highest score from each group will qualify for the final phase.
• Quiz will be played in four/five different rounds.

FINAL ROUND

• Qualified 4 teams will compete in the quiz.
• Quiz will be played in five different rounds.
• A gambling round will be added in the final phase for each team.
• Ranking of the team will be declared according to the score they acquire.
• Team with the highest score will be the “Winner”.
