Society of Internal Medicine of Nepal (SIMON) always conduct National Conferences outside Kathmandu for the wider coverage of the Nation and the greater coverage of the knowledge.

In the world where medical knowledge and research is ever expanding,Nepal appears lagging behind, but not quite so. Our physicians are striving hard to get up to where Medical world stands today. We are developing. We have long strides to make. But we have started utilizing innumerable newer technologies in medicine for the diagnosis and treatment.

The aim of National Conference is to explore possibilities and re-instate what is new in Internal Medicine.

The motive of the conference is "ADAPTING RECENT ADVANCES OF INTERNAL MEDICINE IN NEPAL"
