MoEST STEAM Materials Design Competition for University Students

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MoEST) invites students pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degrees to participate in the "STEAM Materials Design Competition Among University Students" and showcase their creativity.

Competition Highlights

• Eligibility: Open to groups of up to three students currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Stages:
  • Stage 1: Submit a concept paper in the prescribed format.
  • Stage 2: Develop STEAM materials based on the approved concept.

Deadline

• The last date to participate is 28th Poush, 2081 (January 12, 2025).

Prizes

• Up to NPR 50,000 will be reimbursed for material development.
• Cash prizes for the Top 3 Designs:
  • 1st Prize: NPR 30,000
  • 2nd Prize: NPR 20,000
  • 3rd Prize: NPR 10,000
