The 6^thedition of MBA GLM Running Shield Futsal Tournament is scheduled to begin from 2^nd March 2021 at Krinagar Futsal, Tyanglaphat, Kirtipur. The intra-college futsal tournament is an annual event organized by the students of MBA-GLM from the School of Management, Tribhuvan University (SOMTU).

The futsal will be 4 days long and will be played in a league system. The plan is underway to include other entertainment programs like live music, food stalls, and a game booth for entertainment this year. A total of 14 teams are participating in this year's tournament. 9 of them are boys’ teams and 5 are girls’ teams divided between 3 polls and 2 polls respectively and the tournament finals/closing ceremony is scheduled for 5^th March 2021, Friday.

The futsal tournament aims to bring the students of SOMTU together, encourage students to live healthy lives and emphasize the importance of sports.
