KUSOM Job and Internship Fair 2024

The KUSOM Job and Internship Fair (KJIF), an annual highlight organized by the Placement Cell of the Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM), will take place on August 8th and 9th, 2024. This event provides a pivotal platform for KUSOM students to connect with leading and emerging companies, facilitating internships and employment opportunities.

Participation Guidelines

The procedures of KJIF 2024 are designed to maximize value addition:

• Registration:

1. Interested companies can register for free by filling out the registration form, which is available via email or in hard copy. To access the registration link, click here

2. Completed registration forms will be collected via email or if required, in person at the mailing address (placement@kusom.edu.np).

• Interaction/Recruitment:

1. Resumes of student applicants will be provided to companies beforehand. Separate rooms will be allotted for individual interactions between company representatives and students.
2. Volunteers will be available to assist organizational representatives with information about the students, venue, timings, and other relevant details.

Event Highlights

KJIF 2024 promises to be a milestone event, offering numerous benefits:

• Diverse Applicant Pool: Companies will have access to a wide and diverse pool of applicants.
• Company Presentations: Presentations will reach a broader audience, generating greater enthusiasm for participating companies.
• Workshops: Applicants will be trained in basic employability and grooming skills to enhance the quality of the recruitment process.
• Active Participation: Highly acclaimed KUSOM students from the MBA, MBE, BBA, and BBIS programs will actively participate in the event.

Participants and Their Goals

Students from various programs will seek job and internship opportunities:

• MBA: Prospective graduates from MBA Spring 2022, MBA Fall 2022, and current fourth-semester students.
• MBE: Graduates from the fourth semester.
• BBA: Prospective graduates from the eighth semester.
• BBIS: Prospective graduates from the eighth semester.

In total, approximately 75 MBA students, 13 MBE students, 115 BBA students, and 21 BBIS students will showcase their industry-ready skills and competencies.
