BizBuzz 2025: Kathford Hosts Inter-College Business Competition
Kathford International College of Engineering and Management proudly announces BizBuzz 2025, an exciting inter-college business competition designed to inspire innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking among students from across Nepal.
Scheduled for July 18, 2025, at Kathford’s Balkumari, Lalitpur campus, BizBuzz 2025 will bring together talented students from 10 leading colleges to compete across ten dynamic and challenging events. The one-day event promises a vibrant platform for students to apply their classroom knowledge in practical, high-energy competitions that test their creativity, teamwork, and strategic thinking.

The competition features ten dynamic sub-events designed to challenge participants across various business-related skills. Pitch Tank requires teams to present original business ideas, judged on innovation, feasibility, and market understanding. In Boardroom Battles, structured debates will test logical reasoning, argumentation, and persuasive communication. AD’Venture involves creative advertisement skits promoting products or concepts, blending humor, storytelling, and business messaging. Think & Talk challenges teams to improvise dialogues to unrelated videos, showcasing creativity and communication. Brandography demands short documentaries exploring assigned brands' history, campaigns, and strategies, highlighting storytelling and research. Runway Revolution sees teams creatively represent assigned brands through fashion, choreography, and stage presence. Profit Pirates is a simulated stock market challenge where teams analyze financial data to maximize profits. Survival Run is a high-energy outdoor challenge testing physical endurance, mental sharpness, and teamwork across elimination stations. BizQuest is a multi-round business quiz emphasizing speed and accuracy across marketing, finance, operations, and current affairs. Finally, LightUp requires role-playing solutions to real-world business cases, demanding quick analysis, creative problem-solving, and effective teamwork.
