Admission criteria
The applicant seeking admission to the M.Phil program must appear in the entrance test of two hours conducted by the Central Department of Mathematics.
The entrance test questions will be based on Algebra, Analysis (Mathematical, Functional and Complex) and Topology.
Admission of the candidates will be based on the merit list (20% of MA/M.Sc marks + 80% of Entrance marks).
Eligibility
The applicants must have a master degree in Mathematics from Tribhuvan University or a University recognized by a Tribhuvan University with at least second division.
