Master in Corporate and Commercial Law aims to train students with advanced legal skills and specialized knowledge. This equips them to serve clients and organizations more effectively and helps them gain recognition as experts in their chosen field.
It also seeks to develop students’ ability to conduct high-quality academic legal research in the areas of energy and infrastructure law, as well as corporate and commercial law. Through this, students will be able to produce original research in the form of a dissertation that is suitable for publication in peer-reviewed law journals.
To achieve these twin objectives, the program places equal emphasis on both coursework and the dissertation.
Eligibility
Nepali and non-Nepali nationals who have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Management/Administration, and Economics with a minimum of 45 percent aggregate or CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0 from universities/boards recognized by Kathmandu University may apply.
