This training program is designed to train flight dispatchers in order to perform their duties properly: preparation of the aircraft for flight, provide necessary assistant for the flight crews and coordinate activity of all the ground staff.
Training consists of two phases.
Theoretical training (Duration 222h)
Practical training (Duration 22h)
Eligibility
Minimum education level : +2 passed or equivalent or above
Age : 21 years and above
Curricular Structure
Details of training modules:
i) Safety, effectiveness and economy of flights in accordance to prevailing factors
ii) Provide assistance for Captains (aircraft preparation as well as presentation of
corresponding necessary information);
iii) Preparation operational flight plan and present it to air traffic controlling centre;
iv) Provide all necessary in flight information for Captains during flight in order to ensure
safety of the flight;
v) In case of emergency situations, perform duties which are prescribed in flight operations
manual
