Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS) is running the DM in Pulmonology program at Kathmandu University, and its affiliated colleges constitute the program.
The entrance Test for the DM in Pulmonology program is conducted by the Medical Education Commission (MEC), Government of Nepal, and candidate selection is done as per MEC guidelines by MEC.
The total Fee for MCh GI Surgery in 2024 is NRs 25,90,000 for Nepali students. Students of foreign nationality must pay 1.6 times the fee of Nepalese students.
Eligibility
- MD internal medicine or equivalent
- Specialty Registration in Nepal Medical Council (or Medical Council of the respective country)

- Question type: Single best response type of multiple-choice questions
- Option: Four options (A, B, C, D)
- Number of questions: 200 (no negative marking)
- Full marks: 200
- Pass Marks: 100
- Duration: 3 hours
