The B.Ed. BEE program addresses Nepal's urgent need for well-prepared K–8 teachers by integrating pedagogical content knowledge, child development expertise, and culturally responsive practices. Through a carefully structured curriculum spanning core, common, specialization, and elective courses, students build strong foundations in teaching methodology, educational psychology, curriculum development, and research, while choosing specialization tracks in either Early Childhood Development (ECD-3) or Basic Education (Grades 4–8).

The program emphasizes practice-based, experiential learning through progressive educational practicums, on-the-job training, and extended internships that give students hands-on classroom experience from their first year onward. It further incorporates ICT-enhanced teaching, AI and digital pedagogy, inclusive and anti-bias education, and community-based initiatives to prepare graduates for diverse urban, rural, and inclusive school settings.

Graduates emerge as reflective, ethical, and digitally literate educators ready to contribute to national educational transformation, with pathways into teaching, ECD facilitation, education-sector NGOs, and higher studies such as M.Ed.
