Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BE Civil) is a four-year, eight-semester program at Bagmati University. 

Civil engineering is a professional discipline that deals with planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining physical and natural environments. It involves constructing and maintaining physical infrastructures, bridges, roads, canals, dams, buildings, urban planning, etc.

Civil Engineering is constantly evolving with the advent of technology and new materials. It has led to significant improvements in understanding how structures behave, and economy varies in construction.
