Tribhuvan University offers a four-year BBS program. This curriculum, on the other hand, is unique in that it incorporates a variety of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities into the teaching and learning process. Students are coached and encouraged to perform minor research projects in their areas of interest and present their results in front of professionals and academics.
Similarly, the regular course-based seminar, workshop, and industrial study programs offered each winter have aided students in achieving constant and improved performance, as well as a high success rate with outstanding grades at the university.
BBS has been acknowledged by professional associations in Nepal as a relevant qualification for middle level managerial positions in governmental agencies, corporate houses, and commercial organizations.

- Instill in students the necessary attitudes, talents, and practical skills, which will serve as a basis for their development as competent and responsible company managers.
- Encourage students' entrepreneurial ability to help them become successful change agents in Nepalese society.
