Mid-Valley International College (MVIC) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Fourth Valley Concierge Corporation, Japan, Connect Job, and LeadX Nepal to provide free Japanese language classes, internships, and job placement in Japan for students pursuing a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) Hons.
Connect Job will provide a free Japanese language course of 1200 hours at Mid Valley International College.
Sponsor company in Japan will provide 6 months paid internship with airfare, accommodation, food, insurance and Rs. 50,000 as stipend per month. After the internship, students get a job offer of Rs. 200,000 per month in Japan.
Students who are selected by the Japanese sponsor company will get tentative pre job offers in their 3rd year of college
The goal of the job placement program in Japan is to give possibilities for people to advance in their careers or to start their own businesses. In the beginning, students work as interns in the firm in Japan. The students will work for the sponsor firm in Japan after completing BHM. They will begin by working at the operational level. Gradually, they will be given the responsibility in managerial positions like Human Resource or Marketing. They will function as Area Managers after that. Finally, deserving pupils will be given the option to open their own corporate franchise.
