The institution conducts its degree programs in collaboration with the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom. ISMT College now conducts educational programs from the University of Sunderland.
The University of Sunderland is a well-known UK university that blends academic achievement with excellent student assistance and pastoral care. The university encompasses a broad and high-quality educational experience as well as facilities. In association with this university, educational programs are held in various nations throughout the world.
According to The Guardian, the University of Sunderland was named the best new university in the United Kingdom in 2001. The university was named first in the Times Higher Education's Best Student Experience in 2005 and had ranked 201st in the Times Higher Education's European Teaching Rankings in 2019. With its academic collaboration with the University of Sunderland, Nepali students now have the option to earn the educational benefits by earning a British degree from home through the same university's educational program.
ISMT College's formal affiliation with the University of Sunderland makes it the first Nepalese educational institution to do so.
