The BBS program at Tribhuvan University's FOM (Faculty of Management) aims to develop students into skilled managers in any field of organized activity. Graduates should expect to spend the majority of their life in a continually changing environment, according to the program. As a result, the student should have a full understanding of the ideas and skills that enable businesses to operate and manage efficiently. A student should be prepared to work as a manager in business, industry, or government after graduation. Furthermore, the graduate should be able to choose from a number of career choices, including entrepreneurship, and create much-needed jobs for others.

The BBS program makes a concerted effort to:

  • To help students build a general management perspective, provide them with the required conceptual knowledge of business and administration.
  • Develop the necessary attitudes, talents, and practical skills in students so that they can grow into competent and responsible corporate leaders.
  • Encourage students to develop business skills so that they can contribute to the betterment of Nepalese society.
  • Before pursuing a career in teaching, research, or consulting, lay the groundwork for advanced management courses.
