Brilliant Academy and Research Institute is a development organization that is both non-profit and non-governmental. It is Nepal's premier and pioneering research, training, and development consultant. It is a policy research organization that engages in high-quality research and development.
This institute is led by a group of young and dynamic experts with expertise and experience in the fields of information technology, non-governmental organizations, and government agencies. The goal of this institute is to exchange development and research experiences while also resolving systemic shortcomings. It also intends to provide teenagers working in the development sector with the essential skills. It also focuses on new strategies to ensure that growth is focused on results.

Joint efforts in depth study, policy making, research and consultancy with Gov, I/ NGOs and defferent agencies and other sectors of development in various parts of Nepal.
Objectives
- To run various educational and technical programs
- To conduct agriculture, science, technology, engineering, tourism, hotel management, health, development, environment, economic, finance and others related programs
- To run educational programs or organization by taking approval of local and foreign bodies related to hotel management, travel, tourism.
- To do work related to market management of goods and services
- To study, research, investigation, counselling in the current situation
- To conduct short and long term business programs, training and capacity development programs
- To do coordination and cooperation with government, private and finance of Nepal and the international bodies for the above mentioned works
- To conduct or participate in national and international level conference, seminar, interaction, meetings related to the appropriate objectives of this company
