Eligibility requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge of PHP and MYSQL
2. Practical knowledge of JavaScript and any JS Libraries (jQuery)
3. Knowledge of responsive and adaptive web techniques
4. Knowledge of cross-browser
5. Ability to work in team
6. Familiar with latest Joomla version
7. Familiar with UI development tool (such as Photoshop)
8. Social Media Expertise
9. UI design skills
10. HTML5
