Required Documents
- Duly filled Registration form
- Original Birth certificate issued by a competent authority & a copy of the same (Original will be returned back after verification) *(Eligibility for admission in Class-1: Child born between 01/04/2015 to 01/04/2017 (Age 6 to 8 as on 31st March 2023)
- Service certificate of the Parent from the department concerned (Central or State, if any).
- Proof of transfer orders in case of transferable employees.
- Nagarikta certificate/Citizenship certificate/ Indian registration certificate from the Government department.
- Residence Proof.
- Blood Group Report from any authenticated hospital.
- Passport-size photograph to be pasted in the application form.
- Bonafide Certificate from the previous school for classes II and above.
- Any document related to the medical history of a child (if applicable)
