
Janamaitri Campus (JMC), a pioneering non-profit community campus in Kuleshwor, Kathmandu, affiliated with Bagmati University, has opened admission for the following Bachelor's programs: Bachelor in Information Technology (BIT), Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Public Sector Management (BPSM), Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), Bachelor's in Hotel Management (BHM), and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BALLB)
The applicant must have completed 12 years of schooling or its equivalent recognized by the Government of Nepal, and attained at least a second division in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent program, or a minimum D+ grade in each subject of grades 11 and 12, with a minimum CGPA of 1.80. All application requirements must be completed, and the candidate must obtain a passing mark in the university's entrance examination.
The applicant must have completed twelve years of education or its equivalent from an institution recognized by Bagmati University, with at least a second division in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent, or a minimum D+ grade in each subject of grades 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 1.8 or higher. Eligible candidates must then sit the CMAT (Central Management Admission Test), a 100-question objective test covering verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and general awareness, and score at least 40% to qualify for an interview. Shortlisted candidates are interviewed before final admission.

The final merit list weighs the BUMAT score, Grade 12 (or equivalent) score, and interview score at 50%, 40%, and 10%, respectively.
Students who have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with a minimum C+ grade in all subjects of grades 11 and 12 are eligible, as are NEB/PCL or equivalent pass-out students. Additional subject-specific requirements apply depending on the chosen specialization major. For example, English Education requires a major in English/Linguistics or 50% marks in General English (or 50% in a departmental entrance exam), while Science Education requires Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with at least 100 full marks in each.
Affiliated with Bagmati University, this program prepares students for careers in hospitality and tourism, combining management fundamentals with hands-on hospitality operations, front office, housekeeping, food production, food and beverage service, and event management through practical courses, culinary labs, and internships.
