Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) announces the opening of admissions to its constituent college, Bachelor of Aviation Management (BAM), for Fall 2026.

The Bachelor of Aviation Management is a four-year undergraduate program comprising 120 credit hours that equips students with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage aviation operations, airlines, and airports. The curriculum encompasses a broad range of topics, including aviation law and regulations, aviation safety and security, air traffic control, airport planning and management, airline operations, aviation finance and economics, aviation marketing and sales, and human resources management. Designed to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, the program also provides practical training in managing aviation-related activities.

Eligibility

  • Nepali or non-Nepali national with a 10+2 or intermediate or equivalent level study program of at least two-year duration in any discipline

  • Minimum of 40% in aggregate or CGPA of 1.6 on the scale of 4.0 and minimum 'D+' grade in each subject from a university/board recognized by Kathmandu University.

  • For CTEVT Students: Students should have a three-year diploma with 40% in aggregate. CBSE students should have a minimum 40% in aggregate. 

  • For GCE Advanced Level students: Students should have passed a minimum of three A Level subjects and one general paper in AS Level, with the marks/grades requirements as mentioned above.

  • For International Baccalaureate (IB): Students should have passed a minimum of 6 courses (at least 3 courses in Higher Level) with 24 points in aggregate.

Note: Applicants who have appeared in the 12th grade examination may apply on a provisional basis. Applicants accepted provisionally must satisfy the above eligibility criteria to continue their study. Ten percent of the seats are reserved for foreign Students.
