Agriculture and Forestry University, Dean's office, Rampur, Chitwan, announces new admissions for Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Forestry for the academic year 2081.
The application forms can be submitted online only.
To apply, candidates must have completed the SLC/SEE or an equivalent qualification, with studies in ISc (Science), 10+2 (Science), or a Technical Certificate level in Forestry, achieving at least 50% in aggregate or securing a minimum of a 'C' grade in each subject and an overall 'C+' grade. For subjects with both theory and practical components, a minimum 'C' grade is required in each or an overall 'C' grade in the combined components. Applicants who do not meet these criteria will be disqualified and excluded from the entrance examination.
Students awaiting the grade increment exam or whose results are pending may participate in the entrance exam and admission process. However, if they fail to meet the minimum qualifications once results are released, they will not be admitted.

If applicants encounter any problems, they can contact the responsible authority at online@afu.edu.np for technical help. The entrance test will carry 100% weightage, and the merit list will be prepared based solely on the test results. Admission will be granted according to the merit list. The minimum passing marks for the entrance exam are set at 50%. In other cases, the CGPA of I.Sc./10+2, 12th GPA, 11th GPA, and SEE/SLC will be the basis.
The exam will have a duration of 90 minutes.
Applicants with a Higher Education Degree from any other University than Agriculture and Forestry University are required to register with Agriculture and Forestry University. The applicants are required to submit the original copy of the Migration Certificate during registration.
