Prof. Dr. Hemraj Pant has been appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Far-Western University. Prof. Dr. Pant, hailing from the Department of Applied Sciences and Chemical Engineering at IOE Pulchowk, boasts an impressive array of accomplishments. His accolades include numerous awards, notably securing the top position for Nepal in the AD Scientific Index. Additionally, his recognition extends internationally, as he was featured in the Who's Who Bibliography for Nanotechnology in the United States.
Prof. Dr. Pant's appointment fills the vacancy left by the previous Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Amma Raj Joshi, with the position having remained vacant since Falgun 18.
