Eligibility Criteria
- Holds a degree from a recognized university or institute,
- Has at least 10 years of teaching experience at the secondary level or an equivalent position, or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a principal at a secondary school, or has served as a deputy professor at a university for at least 3 years,
- Has not been convicted of a felony,
- Is not affiliated with any political party at the time of application,
- Has no conflict of interest with the school,
- Is between 30 and 55 years old on the application deadline.

- Self-attested copy of Nepali citizenship,
- Attested copies of relevant school/university documents demonstrating experience,
- Self-attested copies of educational qualification documents (including equivalency certificate if obtained from a foreign board),
- Concept paper and 4-year work plan on school leadership, not exceeding 2,500 words,
- Copies of academic research articles, compositions, and publications published in national or international journals,
- Self-attested personal details,
- Self-declaration letter
- Letter of undertaking to work full-time at the school for the duration of the tenure, if selected for the post of Principal.
