Nepal Academy of Science & Technology (NA ST) invites application from the interested candidates for the position of project manager for Darwin Initiative funded project “SCIENCE BASED INTERVENTIONS REVERSING NEGATIVE IMPACTS OF INVASIVE PLANTS IN NEPAAL “
Qualifications /Experience/skill
- Minimum of masters Degree in Natural Resource Management, Life Sciences, Economics and Energy Engineering.
- Experiences in managing programs on natural science, working with international organizations & preparing documents for publication.
- Knowledge of bio-energy research, invasive plants control and management programs in Nepal.
- Proven ability & experience in workshop facilitation and giving presentations in both formal & non-formal settings
- Proven experiences of Evaluation and Monitoring of the project.
- Proven ability to write reports, excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali Languages.
- Knowledge of GIS,, remote sensing and Other statistical packages, cheerful personality with good sense of humour will be strong advantages.
