Erasmus+ 2024 Call for International Cooperation
KMC Lalitpur

Erasmus+, the European Union's initiative designed to foster education, training, youth, and sports initiatives across Europe, is currently inviting applications for its 2024 International Cooperation Call.

How to Apply?

  1. Enrollment: Individuals involved in actions overseen by the Executive Agency, including applicants, affiliated entities, and associated partners, must complete registration on the Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal (FTOP)350. Following registration, a Participant Identification Code (PIC)351 will be issued. Organizations or groups with an existing PIC from previous participation in other EU programs are exempt from re-registration; their existing PIC remains valid for Erasmus+ applications. b. For actions managed by National Agencies, applicants need to register, if not already done, through the Organisation Registration system HERE for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps, and obtain an Organisation ID.
  2. Verify Compliance with Program Criteria: Applicants are required to ensure adherence to program criteria specific to the relevant Action/field.
  3. Examine Financial Conditions: Evaluate and confirm compliance with the financial conditions stipulated for the project.
  4. Complete Application Form and Submit: Fill out the designated application form comprehensively and submit the completed application within the specified timeframe.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are used to determine whether the applicant is allowed to participate in a call for proposals and to submit a proposal for an action. They apply to the applicants and to the projects/activities for which the grant is requested (e.g. profile and/or the number of participating organisations involved, type of project or/and activities, implementation period, profile and/or the number of participants involved). To be eligible, the applicant and the project must meet all the eligibility criteria relating to the Action under which the proposal is submitted. If the project does not meet the eligibility criteria at application stage, it will be rejected without being further evaluated. If it appears at implementation or final report stage that these criteria have not been fulfilled, the activities may be considered ineligible with a consequent recovery of the EU grant initially awarded to the project. 428 The eligibility criteria applying to each of the Actions implemented through the Erasmus+ Programme Guide are described in Part B of the Guide.
