The Examination Officer at Padmashree College will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of the college's examination processes, from collecting entries to disseminating results. Job Requirement

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

• Must pass minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Nepali.

Roles, Duties & Responsibilities

• Scheduling and sharing exam schedules and room layouts.
• Ensuring effective control and supervision of the examination room environment.
• Managing the results communication process.
• Supervision and efficient administration of all internal and external college exams.
• Organise the payment of registration and examination fees, working with the finance officer to plan, invoice, and ensure that the money is credited to the appropriate account.
• Ascertain that information is provided to students in a timely manner and includes all pertinent information on examination entries, exam dates and hours, behaviour during exams, and the collecting of results and certificates.
• Make sure that all exam-related supplies, including paper, pencils, and other stationery, are available.
