This term has transcended the culinary sphere and found application in various industries, denoting a sales model where customers can selectively choose individual components rather than being obligated to purchase predetermined packages.

The team at a-la-carte Hospitality comprises of dedicated professionals committed to cultivating high-quality human resources for the Global Hotel Industry.

They deliver a comprehensive array of hotel-related training programs tailored for individuals seeking swift employment in various segments of the hotel business, including Housekeeping, Food Production, Food and Beverage Services, Bartending, and Front Office.

The team extends Higher Diploma level vocational courses in Hospitality and Culinary Arts Management, officially approved by the Government of Nepal. Additionally, they hold affiliation with CTEVT Nepal, and have forged a collaboration with LCCI GQ for Diploma-level courses. These courses undergo quality assurance by the Scottish Qualification Authority, SQA, Scotland and are benchmarked at the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and Scottish Qualification Framework (SCQF).
