Established in 2007, A-la-carte Hospitality Nepal, a culinary art school, has been working with the prime objective of bench-marking the Nepalese Hospitality Industry by producing the required human resources with skill, knowledge and attitude in vocational area.
Since its inception, alacarte has been providing the wide range of Hotel related training for those who want to peruse short range Hotel training for speedy jobs in varied subdivisions of the Hotel business such as: Housekeeping, Food Production, Food and Beverage Services, Bar tending and front office. To its extension, A-la- carte (alacarte) has been focusing on the Higher Diploma level vocational courses in General Hotel Management and Culinary Arts.
Admissions to most of the programs are throughout the year. We believe in spontaneous admissions which could further help the students to get the jobs instantly. However, some international programs like Diploma in Global Culinary Arts (DGCA) , we have fixed two intakes per year.
*Diploma in Global Culinary Arts (DGCA) programs are certified from Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) and other Short term culinary arts program are affiliated with Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Nepal.
