Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office decides to go forward with Diploma/ Certificate and Pre-Diploma Level Special Technical Education Scholarship Program 2077. The Office has decided to use the earlier academic performance as the basis for selection of candidates for both quota system as well as normal admission just this once. The decision comes in the light of the fact that the discontinuation of the program will deprive 530 students from 22 disadvantaged groups from accessing the course.
Selected main as well as alternative candidates are recommended to get admitted to the enlisted institutes with the required original documents by Shrawan 13, 2078 (July 28, 2021), or the by Shrawan 14, 2078 (July 29, 2021) in case of a public holiday on Shrawan 13.
The candidates are required to submit the original documents including academic certificates, examination entrance card, and the proof of belonging to any of the disadvantaged group to the educational institutions allotted to them. Students, who have been recommended for admission can collect the examination entrance card pass (photo attached) from the institutions they applied to or respective council province office or from any recommended institutes therefore, the candidates are required print their documents related to admission from ITMS online and present it to authorities at the time of admission.
The enlisted organization are instructed to consider this notice as a base to provide scholarships to the students which are recommended to the institutes as per the notice on www.ctevtexam.org.np by verifying the originality of the required documents and saving a copy of each. The responsibility of the students admitted without documents verification falls upon the institutes itself as their registration will not be proceed.
In case of vacant seats on any program due to absence of main candidates, the institutes are required to post a 7-day notice in Gorkhapatra before proceeding with the admission of alternative candidates or candidates on the waiting list.
In case of vacant seats on the scholarships available on a specific program in any state, candidates from main list of the same programs are to be selected based on the merit list from the same state. In case the seats still remains vacant, students from other programs from the same state are to be considered based on the merit list. And if the seats are still available, students from other states are to be considered being based on the performance on the entrance exam taken again for the vacant seats.
The results of the examination are published on the Council's website www.ctevtexam.org.np and on the notice board of the Examination Control Office.
