Agitating students on Wednesday have vandalised the Central Department of English (CDE) Tribhuvan University protesting the reexaminations of Linguistic paper.
The irate students have gathered in front of the Office of the Control of Examinations in Balkhu and are now shouting slogans demanding withdrawal of the decision on the reexamination of the said paper after vandalising the CDE.
“The students were divided over the TU Examination Board’s decision to conduct the exam of the paper again after complaints of leakage in the questions of the linguistics paper that took place yesterday,” Said Head of the Central Department of English, TU Amar Raj Joshi.
The Office of the Controller of Examinations Tribhuvan University Balkhu has slated the date for reexaminations of the paper on October 10.
