​PM Oli to enroll two children in Siraha school​

Siraha, April 17 Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is all set to attend the national enrollment campaign in Siraha tomorrow. 

District Education Officer Mahendra Mahato in Siraha said the PM will arrive in the district tomorrow and fulfil the role of a guardian by enrolling two children in a school. 

National enrolment campaign aims to ensure ‘all children of school going age' attend schools to attain basic education. The campaign has mostly targeted children without access to school education. 

“PM Oli is scheduled to admit two Dalit students - Rupa Kumari Mandal Khatwe and Pawan Mallik Dom, in Ram Dulari Secondary School of Kalyanpur Municipality,” said head teacher Lal Dev Sah. 

District Education Office Siraha aims to enroll as many as 15,000 out-of-school children in schools this year and has appealed to everyone to support the admission campaign. 

Besides the pm, Education Minister Giriraj Mani Pokhrel and Province 2 Chief Minister Mohammad Lalbabu Raut will join the campaign.
