The two-member panel formed to probe irregularities in Purbanchal University entrance test submitted its report to Vice Chancellor Maheshwor Man Shrestha today.
Presenting the report, coordinator of the panel, PU Exam Deputy Controller Mohan Bahadur Basnet, said they found 51 sets of answer sheets of BSc Nursing entrance exam held at Baneshwor-based White House College in the Gaushala-based Hotel Vision.
“Mukti Nath Bhattarai, coordinator of the entrance sub-committee, has been under the CIA ’s scanner; therefore, we could not find anything new,” said Basnet.
CIAA had raided the hotel and found answer sheets of BPharma, BSc Nursing and other subjects in the room. Later, CIAA arrested Dean Ram Kumar Singh, Gothgaon-based Medical College teaching assistant Nabin Bhattarai and lecturer Mukti Nath Bhattarai.
