The Office of the Controller of the Examinations (OCE), Sanothimi Bhaktapur, has decided to distribute students´ provisional certificate with mark sheet together from this year.
The OCE used to send the mark sheets to the school concerned within the two weeks of result publication and provisional certificates only after six months.
The OCE will try to send mark sheets and provisional certificates together within the next 15 days to the respective districts, said Deputy Examination Controller Dilli Ram Luitel.
The provisional certificates get stored in the districts when the students did not come to receive the certificates when they are sent separately, he said.
Similarly, the office has fixed the date to fill up the forms for the supplementary exam to the students who failed up to two subjects in the SLC as regular students.
The office has the schedule to conduct supplementary exams on August 8 to 16.
