Ramesh Silwal has been re-elected as the Chairman of Higher Institutions and Secondary Schools' Association Nepal (HISSAN). Similasrly, the new working committee's senior vice-chairmen, Yuvraj Sharma and Nawaraj Pandey, have also been re-elected.
In HISSAN's next working committee, the majority of the former office bearers have been re-elected. When the former group's name was disclosed, some people complained and voiced their displeasure. The election in HISSAN took place on Saturday.
Vice presidents Rajendra Adhikari and Ram Hari Silwal have been promoted. For General Secretar,y Lok Bahadur Bhandari has been appointed. Tirtha Pokhrel has been replaced as treasurer by Virendra Jayana.
2073 BS was the preceding term. Due to Covid-19, the term was already five years long, despite the fact that it was supposed to be three.
