Kathmandu, Nov 26: A Memorandum of Exchange was signed between Institute of Education, Research and Regional Cooperation for Crisis Management Shikoku, Kagawa University and Institute of Crisis Management Studies Samarpan Academy, affiliated with Tribhuvan University on 8th November 2019.
The memorandum was signed to participate in mutual exchange projects for staff, students and researchers and install satellites stations to assure academic exchange and growth.
Dr. Ganga Lal Tuladhar (former education minister) supports the agreement and communication between both parties.
