Sunway International Business School is providing online education and initiating various innovative activities amidst the lockdown.
As everybody is at home at this time, the college has been successful when it comes to providing education through virtual means to its students. Majority of works have been happening virtually since the government imposed lockdown nationwide.
The circumstance leads the college and its students to be creative and active by conducting online classes to its students. The college is embracing ways to make students productive through virtual classes. Students have noticed a distinct pattern in their studies as students can access lecture recordings even if they happened to miss the session as there is the use of Microsoft teams for virtual classes.
Due to uncertainty, college has already started the Online Student Management System to access attendance. Students are provided with lecture notes, assignments and internal marks online. Also, the college has started the system of online exam, viva and publishing of result online.
Sunway has also made guest lectures as a vital part of their learning strategies as guest lectures are essential in education and help students to explore new topics/ideas interactively.
Students are engaged in multiple ways to make themselves productive. Some student has started the podcast while others have created the youtube channels. Moreover, online club activities and online training have been conducted regularly. As numerous thing happening through online, the college has made the provision to the connect IPS system and eSewa for online payments of fee for the students. Recently, the college has also announced admissions for online classes for BCS and MBA for fall 2020.
