Locals of Thada, Sitapur, Subarnakhal, Simalpani, Siddhara, Jukena and Juluke VDCs have joined their hands together to construct a college building after the government bodies paid no attention to their pleas to run a campus in the village, said a social worker of Thada VDC, Moti Prasad Belbase.
