Kavre, Dolalghat, Jan 20 (RSS): The Sukhawati Foundation that is involved in social work with the slogan of 'Lets Share Happiness' has constructed a school building in Dolaghat of Kavre.
The six-room building of the Dulaleswar higher secondary school was constructed with a financial support of Rs. 5 million from the All My Kinds of Korea and Bugaedon Catholic Church of Korea. It also includes a two-room toilet, according to the Foundation Chair Chijman Gurung.
The building of the school had been damaged in the 2015 earthquake, forcing students to take regular classes in temporary tents in Bhotekoshi river bank. The quake-resistant building will now facilitate regular classes for our students, principal Ashok Chandra Jha said.
All My Kids Chair Kim Youngouk and School Management Committee Chair Govinda Upreti jointly inaugurated the new building.
