Kathmandu University School of Management(KUSOM) signed an MOU with Janata Bank Nepal Limited under which the Bank will hire three MBA toppers of the School every year as management trainees through direct interview without them having to go through the regular selection procedures as part of its drive to enrich its human resource capacity.
Dean of the KUSOM lauded the effort of Janata Bank as a strategic initiative for talent management and university - industry partnership while advising for taking more initiatives to be an investor, and not only a consumer, of human resource development process.
