Inaruwa, Sept 5 (RSS): The Inaruwa municipality is to provide a support of Rs. 500,000 to a school teacher.
The teacher has been suffering from severe aplastic anemia but has not been able to undergo treatment due to financial constraint.
Saroj Dulal is a teacher at the Nawayug Academy in Inaruwa, the headquarters of Sunsari. The municipality people's representatives and employees decided to contribute from their salary in support of Dulal's treatment, according to Mayor Rajan Mehata.
Mayor Mehata decided to donate his one month's salary for the noble cause. Dulal, who had been undergoing treatment in India, returned home due to financial scarcity. Doctor's have suggested two months-long treatment to save his life.
Meanwhile, a fund raising campaign has been initiated to collect funds for Dulal.
