Kathmandu, Oct 1 (RSS): A group of students have mistreated Rector of Tribhuvan University at Kirtipur, Prof Dr Sudha Tripathi, in her office  on October 1, 2018.

An unidentified group comprising eight students broke into the office of Rector Tripathi at around 1: 30 pm and vented out their anger with her for not providing them time for discussion.

The irate students vandalized her office and threatened the office workers at the Rector's office for not prioritizing them for a meeting, according to the Chief of the Rector's Office, Nirmal Shrestha. Two chairs and table have been damaged in the incident while Dr Tripathi remained unscathed, Shrestha shared.

It is learnt that Dr Tripathi had articulated her inability to manage time for those students, citing her prior commitment to an event at the Ministry of Education.
