GCI Inaugurates Career Placement Program

Global College International (GCI) has inaugurated the Career Placement Program with an aim to facilitate the 1000 plus students currently enrolled in the college in ensuring better job placement. A broader goal of the program covers the college’s aim to provide job oriented specific skill training in collaboration with international universities as well as national and international level institutions that are dedicated to creating a qualified workforce. The placement program is supposed to create a favourable environment where students will be able to secure job placements or internships in these institutions. With a view to empower students with relevant personality development training along with training and workshops required for securing better placements and internships, GCI has announced the establishment of Center for Professional Development. 

The program that was run by the director of the college, Dr. Devraj Paneru was inaugurated by the principal of the college Dr. Karan Singh Thagunna. Dr. Thagunna shared about the dedication of the educational institution in ensuring all students get better job opportunities once they get to the real world besides ensuring quality education during the program. Addressing the same program, director of the Center for Professional Development Dr. Akshaya Arora highlighted the fact that the college had established institutional relationships with many national and international institutions during the program. Similarly, director of CGI’s training partner BIFIN, Dr. Binod Attreya remarked on the role BIFIN played in providing skill training as well as job placement of the students. He further added that the relationship between GCI and BIFIN would only grow bigger in future. Around 300 individuals had participated in the program where some Alumni also shared their experiences.
