The Kathmandu Post, KASKI: The Kaski District Court on Wednesday released Krishna Paudel, a Gandaki Medical College employee, on general date after he posted bail amount of Rs 1.7 million with bank
document as surety. Paudel, who had been on the run since a forgery case was filed against him, appeared before the court on Tuesday.
On March 3, a forgery case was filed against Paudel along with 10 others, including the college chairman, at the District Police Office in Kaski alleging that the institute charged MBBS students Rs1.3 million on top of the fee set by the government.
The court has already released CEO Santosh Khanal and exam controller Laxman Sharma after they deposited a bail bond of Rs 1.7 million each. Other staff are still
