Guardian’s Association of Nepal has drawn the attention of the government to implement the government decision of providing free education in letter and spirit.

The Association has drawn attention of the government towards the increasing cases of dropouts due to poor financial conditions. It urged the government to implement the decision of free education in practice.

The Association has also demanded to issue code of conduct to the teachers of government schools to enroll their children in the public schools.

Issuing a press statement today, general secretary of the Association, Ramesh Ghimire, has demanded to end commercialisation in the private schools and to put on the fee structures at the school notice board.

The Association has stressed for protecting the nationality saying that country’s nationality was at risk due to present education system. (RSS)
