He was arrested by Police on Friday for appearing in a bachelor-level exam of the Tribhuvan University’s Management faculty in the name of Tapindra Gautam at the Minbhawan-based Nepal Commerce Campus.
Dinesh Phuyal has been kept in the custody of Metropolitan Police Circle, Baneshwor.
