Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has published a notice regarding the examination form fill up (both regular and partial) for Diploma and Certificate level applicants. Students enrolled in various diploma and certificate level programs are called up to fill the application form of both regular and partial examinations.

- With regular fee: Mangsir 29, 2077
- With late fee: Poush 6, 2077
