This is to inform all the qualified candidates (who have passed the following mentioned exams and have got the transcript on the following below-mentioned dates) who are interested to participate in the Third Convocation of Agriculture and Forestry University are requested to fill out the application form online.
Eligibility
Students who have passed their semester/ yearly exams for Bachelor, Master, and PhD (Degree by course and research) and also got the transcript between March 20, 2021, to March 20, 2023 (Chaitra 07, 2077 to Chaitra 06, 2079) are eligible to apply.
Instructions for Online Submission
- Input Registration number for Bachelor, Master, and PhD to find grace details.
- Complete the online form submitting Name (in Devanagari using Preeti font), Gender, Address, Email, and Mobile number
- Upload MRP photo (Above 300KB to 1MB)
- Upload a front page scan copy of the Transcript. (PDF and Image files (JPG, JPEG) are only supported)
- Submit the information, applicants will be redirected to eSewa for Convocation Fee Payment.
- Applicants can use any eSewa Account to pay Fee Online.
- Print the payment confirmation page or save the Transaction ID.
